I’ve had to deal with back pain for the last 4 or 5 years and I’ve looked everywhere for help and different things I can do to feel better. I deal with sever back paid, I have spine nodules as well as two degenerating disks. My back is a mess, so when I found some stretches that helped me i knew I needed to share them.
